What is Callcraft?
Callcraft is a desktop and web app with three parts: Live Copilot (real-time help on sales calls and meetings), AI Practice (rehearse with a voice AI interviewer or AI buyer) and Peer Mocks (practise with a friend on video).
Which meeting apps does Live Copilot work with?
Any app that plays the call through your computer: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack huddles, WhatsApp desktop and phone calls through your laptop. Nothing is installed inside the meeting app.
Does the other person see Callcraft?
Callcraft doesn't join your meeting as a bot. In Private mode its window is hidden from screen sharing and recordings on major meeting apps. Operating-system updates can change this, so we test every release. Where the law or the other party requires it, tell them you use AI note-taking.
Can I use it in a job interview or an exam?
No. Callcraft's live help is for sales, client, team and support conversations. For job interviews, use AI Practice to rehearse beforehand, so on the day the answers are genuinely yours. Using live AI help in interviews, exams or any assessment that doesn't allow it breaks our Terms.
Which devices does it support?
The desktop app runs on Mac (macOS 13 Ventura or newer, Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10/11. AI Practice, Peer Mocks and your call history also work in the browser.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through our secure payment partner. Your plan is activated on your account right after payment and you get an email receipt.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. New customers can get a full refund within 7 days under the conditions in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Is my data safe?
Your account data is stored in India (Mumbai data centre), encrypted in transit and visible only to you. We never sell your data or use your calls to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
