Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

When you buy a plan, you get access to the Callcraft service (AI Practice, Peer Mocks and/or Live Copilot, depending on the plan) for the period and AI minutes shown on the Pricing page. You use it through the Callcraft desktop app for Mac and Windows and through our website.

2. How and when it's delivered

• Instant activation: after a successful payment in the app or on our website, your plan is activated on the Callcraft account linked to your email, usually within 5 minutes.
• Payment links (for example after a demo call): your plan is activated within 24 hours of payment, and usually much sooner.
• Confirmation: you receive a payment receipt by email, and the app shows your active plan and its end date.
• Desktop app: download it any time from our Download page and log in with the same email.

3. Shipping

No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. The service is available online to customers in India, wherever you have an internet connection.

4. If your plan isn't activated

If you've paid and your plan isn't active within 24 hours, email support@callcraft.in with your payment ID and registered email. We'll activate it or refund you in full, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
