What counts as an AI minute?
How are minutes counted?
An AI minute is one minute of audio that Callcraft listens to on a live call, or one minute of an AI practice session. Minutes reset at the start of each month on monthly plans. Typing questions to the AI doesn't use minutes.
What happens if I run out?
The app always shows how many minutes you have left. When they run out, live listening pauses until your next cycle or until you upgrade. Your history, notes and reports stay available.
Do I need the desktop app?
For Live Copilot we recommend the desktop app (Mac or Windows): it hears any meeting app and floats on top of it, with Private mode. You can also run Copilot in the browser by sharing your meeting tab. AI Practice, Peer Mocks and your history work in the browser too.
